「From the moment my daughter and I walked on the property and into the lobby of the hotel, it was smile time. The front desk staff gave wonderful, friendly smiles, assisted with anything we needed and displayed "over the top customer service". The hotel is spotless. 「This is a hotel located halfway up the mountain. The environment is very good, very suitable for walking, and it is also very convenient to drive to the old town for dinner. There is a disinfectant smell when entering the room, which feels very hygienic. The staff is very good. I forgot to bring a plug, and the front desk provided me with service. We will stay again when we get here.」
