The property is located on a busy street near Whiskey Row. We appreciated the pet-friendly accommodations and kitchenette. My only complaint were the incredibly thin walls. I could hear our neighbor from inside the cottage as well as if I were sitting out front.

Only stayed one night but will come back for hopefully a couple nights next time. Quiet, saw a deer early in the morning and the courtyard was relaxing.

Very charming and perfect size for two. Very comfortable and clean. Little side patio for room 11 was just perfect for pets. Temperature control was easy.

We love this quaint, quiet retreat. We’ve stayed twice here and it is a hidden gem. It’s beautiful, green and quiet. We stayed in the original cabin with the rainfall showerhead and it was lovely. The little side yard was perfect for our dogs but it needs some TLC. We would hate to see this lovely little place to fall into disrepair. Encouraging the owner to spend a dime and put some effort into rouge and lipstick for the place. If I could buy it, that’s exactly what I’d do.

The property was exactly as advertised..we even saw deer and wild turkeys on the property.very quiet and relaxing. However the rooms were very well stocked as advertised BUT not very clean the floors were dirty the windows sill full of dead bugs dust in everything. Which we cleaned ourselves. We did encounter the ponytail girl that "cleans" the rooms upon check out i can tell you she did not spend enough time cleaning. Saw no cleaning solutions rags mops nothing but clean linens brought in the room. We will stay here again loved the atmosphere and quiet serenity on the property.

Charming, cozy, quaint and quiet! Perfect simple home base for a weekend Prescott getaway. Less than two miles from downtown but feels far enough away to get a quiet good nights rest. Highly recommended!
