"The hotel was nice and in a perfect location for visiting Prescott. On the corner of Whiskey Row you’re steps away from many of the great local restaurants and bars. The staff was quite pleasant and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained, except for the elevator. I don’t know if this is a permanent thing but when we were there the elevator was not working. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem but our room was on the third floor. Fortunately I’m pretty mobile for a 69 year old and didn’t have a lot of luggage as we were only there for the weekend. But it was a pain to climb the stairs every time we left and returned to the hotel. My advice is to call ahead if you are unable to climb the stairs to either make sure you have a lower floor room or to ensure the elevator is working. My only other “ding” on the hotel was the price for the room. We paid around $200 for a rather small room with a view of the brick wall of the building next to the hotel. Room size isn’t usually a big deal but for that price I would have expected a better view or a larger room. As it was we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room other than sleeping so it wasn’t the end of the world but it will give me a reason to explore other hotels next time we’re in Prescott. Overall good location, nice bar, good bistro on site, small expensive rooms."

"This is our go-to place whenever we visit Prescott. The location is excellent, and the views from the rooms are beautiful. Check-in was easy, and the woman who assisted us with additional booking was so pleasant. We booked the newly remodeled king size room and that made our stay even more enjoyable."
