「We stayed in the suite,」

「We came with 2 dogs, and was advised that we could dine in a specific area allocated with people with dogs. However the area was full of people (not eating, not drinking, and no pets), and there's no attempt/offer to accommodate us. After paying £60 extra/nights, we ended up having order from Uber Eats.」

「The room was clean but had a number of issues : Although there was a coffee machine , a radio , and a fan there were no bedside lights. The main light switch by the door was the only control meaning finding your way around in the dark. The notice on the wall of upcoming events was a month out of date There were nasty glass mugs rather than a proper mug or cup The snack basket for occupants to purchase was vastly over priced There were birds nesting in the roof over the room which were noisy...

「The family room was lovely and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. A couple of niggles in that the blind was broken in the bathroom and the rubbish bins were a bit on the small side. Staff were really lovely and nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was delicious and we had 1 meal there which was great. Lovely setting next to the river. Would highly recommend」

「See view for room, but breakfast maybe need more different types of food provided egg or pancakes. The staff is nice. 」

「Our room was beautiful with a lovely Juliet balcony over looking the gardens. The room was spotless and the toiletries were super useful. The staff were really helpful, especially at breakfast when I could not decide what to have! We regret not bringing swim/gym wear to use the gum and swimming facilities.」
