The pool floor and stairs were slippery which means there is bacteria/algae present. The hot tub had quite a bit of debris floating around. This was a let down especially when you are traveling with kiddos who love to swim.」

「We stayed last night week in June 28- July 5 both pool were closed. I paid for my room month in advance and I was charged $150 for incidentals and my daughter paid for her room for those same nights and they charged her $50 for incidentals and when I asked the lady why I got charged 150 and she said because you paid for your room in advance I would think that would be a good thing, but I guess not.
