College Inn Hotel is exactly what it claims to be. There were no surprises for us. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the fresh air with open windows at night was perfect. We never encountered anyone in the bathroom and enjoyed having our own sink, towels, and blow dryer in bedroom. The location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

This is a classic, historic hotel experience. The shared bathrooms were kept impeccably clean. I never had to wait for another user. The room was clean, the bed and linens quite comfortable. It was remarkably quiet though the hotel is on a corner in downtown Ballard, and I had a window room to the street. Everything was very comfortable, staff was attentive, I'd certainly stay there again upon a visit. Ballard itself, at least in the downtown district, was quite lovely - great restaurants,...
