"The location is too loud to have tents with cloth walls. It’s near streets with bars and a lot of people driving around in loud pickup trucks. There are supposed to be quiet hours after 11 pm but people were not observing them. The bathrooms were cheaply made, in only fair condition and not super clean. It’s ok if you want to rough it but not worth the money. "

"Proximity to Sandfest was wonderful!! Just walk a block and you are at entrance to buy your ticket. Condo was very large and girls loved the bed plus bunk beds in bedroom. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful! Only negatives were that husband couldn’t get TV to work and there were many rolly Polly bugs-some alive and some dead."
