"Very large and well appointed room. Nice breakfast (although kitchen add-ons can take a while), and really nice restaurant. The grounds are very scenic too."

"We have stayed here several times. Most recently in the build up to our wedding at Hensol Castle. The facilities and rooms are great, the breakfast is fantastic and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We are staying again tomorrow night and very much looking forward to it."

"What an amazing Place. Amazing Hosts. Beautiful Scenery and Loads of horses around the property which my children loved.
Elsa and her husband were incredible and so welcoming and genuinely nice people and checked wverything was OK for us and left us enjoy our time. The Cottage had lovely grounds and a lovely well kept secure garden for the dogs. The family are lovely.
One of my dogs had a incident we had to nip out and left them briefly alone in cottage (we broke the rules) but he knocked the...

"The staff were wonderful, the food was excellent and the amenities were good quality. I have stayed here a few times with work and the general location is lovely, with a very village relaxed vibe. The outdoor space in the summer months is beautiful."

"The fridge wasn't obvious everyone there said there wasn't one. Only found out this morning that there was one but it had no milk in it to make hot drinks
Luckily I had a few sachets of milk to make a cup of tea but only for two cups which wasn't enough if you like your tea. Also there wasn't any coffee
I thought tea coffee milk and sugar were standard when you book a room, if there not going to supply these essentials then they should make it clear at the time of booking so you...

"Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Food at the pub was the best we had during 2 weeks in Wales. Staff was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. Highly recommend this place as convient to the Cardiff airport and very comfortable."

"Our stay was excellent. Our room and the hotel was very cleaned. The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast this morning was delicious. Buffet style with a large selection to choose from. Definitely recommend this hotel and will visit again:"
"My second stay at Celtic Manor (Manor House). We booked a second time (after about two years) because the cooked breakfast was the best I remember having. Unfortunately, the manor house breakfasts are now served in the main hotel and are buffet breakfast instead of cooked to order. While it is still ok, it is nothing compared to what it used to be.
I found the room to be a bit tired, with frayed carpet, busted hinge on a cupboard door etc, but very clean. It is easy to get lost in the hotel, but it is kinda fun to explore - even if it feels like a big empty hotel in North Korea at times. Staff are mostly very helpful, but there were a few instances where I felt a member of staff couldn't be bothered - but not a big enough deal to go into any detail.
Swimming pool is very nice, and the amenities are great. Hotel does get very busy, but it's worth a stay. Oh, £13.50 for overnight parking is quite steep - particularly as it's pay on exit, so if you nip out for any reason you have to pay afresh when you get back rather than parking on the existing ticket, so if you nip out a few times in a day it could get expensive."
"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We had a bit of a disaster previously and this was a real treat!
All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay, the memorable one, that it was!
We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family!"
"The hotel was very convenient to the town and the room was very spacious.
The bed and the pillows were very firm ,not so suitable for a side sleeper.
Cleaners don't automatically come every day, you need to scan a QR code to book the cleaners.
There was a small fridge in the room which was very convenient.
The TV only had terrestrial channels.
Staff in the restaurant at breakfast were not friendly at all sadly.
Overall, the hotel had a lot of benefits and i would stay again"
