"We stayed for 2 nights. Clear arrival instructions. Comfortable beds. 20th floor above a shopping center. Communal kitchen area was nice. Good location with nearby parking. "

"The property was downtown ponta Delgada and was within walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. there is a “fitness center” but the work out equipment is antique, there are no wipes or towels or water. The parking is in a garage but is very difficult to get into and out of as it is located on a pedestrian street and is extremely narrow to enter and exit. "

The food is of high quality especially the jams made by the chef. The gym is large and outdoor pool superb. A little bit more cleaning of windows and room bathtub would make it simply exceptional."

"We had a nice stay at this property. We had a standard room which was small but adequate. Our main gripe was that the bed was tiny. The hotel advertises it as a double but we found it very small, and we are not big people. Why can't hotels provide bigger beds?? There's lots of space to accommodate them. Having said that, the facilities in the room were good. There was a safe, a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. Coffee pods were replaced daily when used. The bathroom was large with a tub...
