Good value stay

We stayed for 2 nights. Clear arrival instructions. Comfortable beds. 20th floor above a shopping center. Communal kitchen area was nice. Good location with nearby parking.

One of the Best places

This place was amazing. We had our own bathroom and one of the best views ever. The staff was excellent, the rooms were always clean and fresh smelling. Was a little skeptical at first with no air conditioning but we never needed it. There was a ceiling fan installed during our stay as well as the balcony door opened all day and night. Never felt hot, easy to sleep. Excellent stay

Fantastic view from the room and common areas. I think early check-in should be offered as an option at time of booking if avaliable. Waiting till 2p.m.to check-in is exhausting especially after an overnight flight.

Staff was great. very helpful. fantastic view. would like to have had a hair dryer. Convenient to everything and there is a nice market downstairs and lots of shopping within walking distance. Will come again, for sure.

It was ok for the stay. Code did not work for 1 night, but the owner let us in from Lisbon. We were lucky that security from the other building knew the owner,so he contacted him otherwise we would be out on the street.

I didn’t know it was shared kitchen and so it could be quite noisy. Otherwise it was nice. Need an air fan for bathroom and darker curtains to block out lights for sleep.

Le sourire avant tout !

Ma fille et moi avons passé 3 nuits dans l’hôtel …arrivé compliqué avec tout un tas de code pour toute les portes …il est au 20 eme étage et on monte avec un tout petit ascenseur ,très lent (claustrophobe s’abstenir !!!😜)alors l’hôtel est très bien noté par tout le monde …moi aussi j’ai laissé de bonnes appréciations notamment sur la propreté…mais alors un point super négatif ,nous avons croisé juste un matin la dame qui s’occupe de tout ça et franchement pas un sourire 😒c’était dans cuisine Commune ,pas sympa du tout ….un sourire ça fait du bien !!!!!chantal

Great stopver in Azores

We enjoyed staying right in the heart of town. We would recommend reserving the previous night so when you arrive after flying all night you have a place to go into and not have to wait 4 hours to leave luggage or 8 hours for your room. The shared kitchen and our private bathroom worked great. Thanks to the security guard in the mall entrance that helped us on arrival and the café downstairs that allowed us to drink lots of cafe and pastel de nata while we waited for check in time and watched the rain. We loved Sao Miguel!

Great view in the balcony room with private bath

Great location, very comfortable bed. It is not a big room, but the nice inclosed balcony has a french cafe table and chairs, with a beautiful view from the 20th floor. What is worth mentioning is, there is a full kitchen available to your use and that what really a great plus. We had the private bath bedroom 4.
