「The breakfast buffet was nice. The options changed but we managed to eat breakfast each time. The staff was amazing. They helped with all of our concerns and were super sweet throughout our stay. I don’t have the names of all the staff but we talked to a lady supervisor who was kind. The woman tending to breakfast and dinner. I believe one team members name was Jodean (jodain) started with a Jo she was also amazing. Great stay overall!」

「Overall Baha mar is a beautiful place with beautiful pools, beach, hotel rooms. Plenty to do for kids as well as adults. What is terrible is the service. It is almost impossible to get any type of service wether it’s housekeeping, bar, dinner, or pool service. It is evident why: There is an automatic 15 percent service charge on every bill.
