「I was very disappointed with the housekeeping department. They did not clean my room for 3 days. Terribly BAD! I went to verbalize my concerns to the front desk and asked if the hotel staff clean the guest room daily. They stated sometimes. Horrible service, a Motel 6 provide better service」

「The room we booked was quite small so we asked to upgrade to a suite. We were offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price. Our suite was perfect. Plenty of room, a real kitchen, separate bedroom and a large patio. 」
