「The property clean and stunning. The first room was a garden view. It was so small I had to duck my head to not hit the tv to get to far side of bed. I spoke to manager who moved us to a city view larger room. It was roomier however no Dressor for clothing so living out of a suitcase and of course noisier. 「I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights」

「Breakfast was fresh and good, with a nice selection. The pool was nice, and across the street at Janakoo Beach, they had a booth that would give out beach towels and lounge chairs. The water was beautiful and had a nice breeze. There were good views and nice eats at local restaurants on the beach walkway, with quite a few selections.」

「The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

「Check in on arrival was disastrous, rude staff and not interested in doing their job. Room was supposedly a “Superior” room, 5-star quality, but was simply not even close. No door on bathroom. No door on closet (a curtain instead) and as basic as they come. Pool area we visited was very clean and service was good. Meals at top restaurants were excellent. Breakfast buffet was good. 「Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. 」
