"We loved the Westin Grand Central location! We received the best customer service around. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous! Our room was amazing and the price point was incredible! I’d stay here again when visiting NYC! "

"From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. Staff was great, room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Subway station is located at the end of the block (so convenient), restaurant on-site and room service available. The only downside is the parking situation - we tried the parking garage the hotel staff member suggested and it was full - proceeded to another garage in the vicinity....it was full. Those were both a few blocks away - be prepared to search for parking upon arrival and possibly walking a long distance with your luggage. Just a tip, if you are coming with vehicle. Everything was great - just the parking isn't easy."
