「The most unique thing about this hotel is that it smells so bad that ive never feel so. The smell made me so uncomfortable and caused trouble when trying to sleep. Dont reserve this hotel if you see this comment! 」

「I stay at this property multiple times per year and have done so for many years, and normally always have a very positive experience. The hotel seemed fairly full this past weekend and the room rate was a lot higher than I normally pay, but I guess it's just a matter of supply and demand. The first room I checked into I quickly discovered that the A/C didn't work, so I had to go to the front desk and swap out keys for another room, and fortunately one was available.」

「I had a previous amazing stay here and was hoping to have another one, however, the bedroom in the king suit had an AC that was just blowing air, also the jacuzzi shot out some nasty stuff including hair from its jets. All of the vending machines had been empty except for one we did manage to get MNMs that had been expired for over a year. I told the front desk about the AC, they offered to reset it and offered a fan. When I got back hours later it seemed as though they had not been there. So I...

「The room was very nice, neat and clean plus nice bathroom too. The pool was alao excellent we enjoyed swimming a lot. Though, it could have been great if there was a microwave oven available inside the room so that we can warm up some snacks and also if a coffee maker was available too and if a small facial bar soap was provided just as the same as the usual hotel complimentary but in general it was good staying at Tru by Hilton hotel Norwalk」
