「We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. It was okay (cleanliness - question mark)

"Cleanliness - disappointing really. I understand that they provide cleaning once a week, but the floor was not thoroughly hoovered/ surfaces were not cleaned thoroughly before we went in, so by day 3 - it was not in a clean state. We stayed for 7 days - General hygiene rule being we should change our towels every 3 days, and we were only given 1 set of towel each (so we ended up using the same towel over 7 days/ 6 nights), pretty horrible. This can be easily solved if they provided us 2 sets of towels each. I did ask - I was asked to pay if I want clean towels… Overall I would say this is a good place if you’re only staying for 2-3 days, for those reasons. "

"原來訂了普通客房，後來付費升級到豪華客房，但是给我的房間只是安排在一樓，而且房間比較小，我覺得這個應該是一般的普通客房"
