"The hotel is a perfect location for Wembley Stadium. Although when there is an event at Wembley the price of a room is expensive. The was no parking available for my car at this hotel even though I had booked 2 rooms. "

"We stayed at the Hill from Oct 21st to Oct 29th. We booked 2 separate studio apartments one for ourselves and the other for my mother in law. We requested for the apartments to be on the same floor at the time of booking but unfortunately this could not be accommodated. "We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. We then called multiple times and ended up having to sit in the pouring rain with nowhere to go because the cleaner wouldn’t answer the phone until lunchtime. The cleaner arrived and...

"Die Zimmerreinigung nur auf Aufforderung bzw. auf Wunsch. Mit Flecken beschmutzte Hand- und Badetücher. Veraltete Sanitärobjekte und unpraktisch. Die Umgebung der Hotelanlage war dreckig. Keine große Auswahl an Frühstücksbüffets und jeden tag wurde das gleiche angeboten. Das Peronal war in Ordnung und freundliche."
