「We have stayed in this hotel for two nights. The overall experience is very good and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is located near to an underground station and it is very convenient to travel. There is free parking for us to park our car. When we first arrived, we are impressed by the warm welcome of the staff and the user-friendly design of the facilities. The quality of the breakfast is good and we enjoyed very much. 」

「Bitten by bed bugs . Mattress was invested ! How this was missed by cleaning staff is totally unacceptable. Staff at reception were helpful in moving us to a different room for second night although bed was clean the bath room had an unacceptable odour made worse when having a shower. Staff gave us plastic bags to put our clothes to avoid possible transmission of bugs to car and home as my husband has stage four cancer and I have compromised immunity . Whole experience was horrendous.」

「The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking. The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room.」

「Bridge Hotel is a fairly simple hotel but with comfortable room and quiet neighborhood. Though it may be a bit far from city center of London (around 45 mins by tube), the tube station (Greenford station) is a 15 mins walk from the hotel. While the hotel room is relatively small (which includes a small bathroom needless to say) and some equipment like lockers/refrigerators are missing, you can feel quite like home. This is partly because the bed is ridiculously big when comparing with the size...

「The hotel is nearby the West Ealing station, which can head to the airport directly within 30 minuets. The staffs are good. There is a outdoor restaurant inside the hotel, which looks great but we did not try it yet. Overall, it is a good stay.」
