"I don’t remember the lady who checked me in late at night on Monday the 14th. But she was amazing, friendly, had a good laugh about random things. She also made sure my stay was easier by allowing me to park out front since I had so many bags and only staying a few hours. She needs a raise or a bonus for her customer service"

"The room itself was very clean, nice, and well maintained, and overall we were happy with everything else about our stay. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable—it was honestly as hard as a rock. The pillows weren’t comfortable either, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. If the beds and pillows were more comfortable, this would have been a great stay!"
