「Bare minimum, tight wade, 1 roll of TP, 5 sheets of paper towel. Needed a good cleaning or maid to come and really get it up to par. It was like I stayed at a friend's house and they gave me thier sons room to sleep in. So weird.」

「I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. There was no cleaning done to Room #301. I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily. One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it. We didn't touch it. We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily. No one came to the room at all. There was no bed linen change either. The room was clean when we got there. 「Our stay was pleasant overall. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly, and the property itself is well maintained. The only downside was the valet parking. It isn’t advertised on the website that valet is mandatory, and the $40 daily fee feels unreasonable, especially without prior notice. Additionally, the shower’s water pressure was disappointing. Despite these issues, the service and atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay.」

「I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments.
