「Clean, great ac. Free parking. They were kind as we checked in at midnight. No kitchen. Microwave and fridge. No bugs. If u like old funky St Pete and retro stay here. 2 story w pool. I had an INCREDIBLE deal during Spring Break AND The week before Easter. Will stay again」

「Our room was clean and comfy. The pool setting is great for morning sun until 2 pm. It was good also when beach was too breezy. Coffee and drinks available in office. Deb is the owner, very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for all around beach vacation. Parking was never a problem. 」

「My wife and our 9 month old son stayed in a King suite on the Somerset St. part of the property and had a really nice stay. The room was beautiful and the bed was actually comfortable (a statement I rarely make regarding hotels). All the cooking utensils and appliances appeared virtually brand new, so new that it smelled like the oven hadn't actually been used yet and still needed to be "baked off" which was perhaps the only let down.
