「The resort is beautiful. So many lovely people working there. St. Lucía has really nice people! Improvement needed: Check in seemed really chaotic. Why print everything (everything can be done through computers), it just seemed so chaotic and long. Buffet needs fresh local fruits (soar sob, fresh mango (not the unripe supermarket stuff), fresh grapefruit, fresh papaya, etc.). Room furniture and doors need to be updated. It’s a 4.5 - 5 star resort. Make it look like that! Outdoor pools need some...

「A delightful place to stay with lovely staff. It was peaceful and in beautiful surroundings. The view of the piton from the path going up the hill at the back of the hotel was just stunning. I loved sitting at the bar trying the delicious cocktails and the food in the restaurant was great too. I felt really well looked after. Thank you to the hotel team.」

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」
