"The Staff are excellent, from the front desk to the cooking staff for morning meals, to the ladies that clean the rooms, top notch!!! I have had to stay a little longer than expected, an extra week to be specific. And everyone that works here are very, very nice and understanding with all questions. "

"Room smelled like weed so bad my wife slept in her car and I didn’t sleep at all while being in the room becaus she is pregnant. I’ve always had good experiences here with the staff but last night the room was so bad that I waisted my money and didn’t get any sleep nor did my wife. My number is 7579894708 if you’d like to give us a room without it smelling liike someone clam baked it right before we walk in. We have stayed with you guys over the past month maybe three days a week and now this one night has lost you guys our business because of my wife’s heightened sense of smell. "

"Such a fun facility. The Saturday night buffet was excellent with choices and quality. All the food kiosks kept the kids happy. Play the Ice man in the Arcade as you can win the most tickets to use to “buy” stuff in gift shop. The water park is exceptional, again a lot of choices for every age group. The room was as advertised and very clean. Beautiful view off our third floor balcony. The water park is available from 10:00am ( website say 1pm but when I called was told 10am) even though you can’t check in until 4:00pm. Check out is 11:00am but your park pass is still good until 8pm. Two full days of fun!!"

"First thing I noticed was a drop of dried blood on my bathroom counter. There were no hand or wash towels to clean it up, had to request them. Toilet handle was broke, shower curtain rod was falling off wall. Water was hot enough to scold an adult much less and young child. Each day I had to return to the front desk and get my room pass card reset because I couldn't get in. Bathtub and floor were very slippery with no grab bars in shower/tub."

"We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. I went to use the fridge and didn't realize it wasn't plugged in and when I had to move the shelf it was in to plug it in, I found 2 dead mice."
