「整間飯店的工作人員都非常友善，樂於助人❤️ 飯店距離熱鬧的卡倫海灘不遠，步行可到。附近有許多餐廳可以選擇，商店及藥局也一應俱全。我們入住後，孩子就因為感冒病了，所以無法好好享受設施與環境。為了照顧孩子我們幾乎都待在飯店裡面，直到退房當天孩子好多了，但旅遊也結束了😂 感謝飯店服務人員對於我們的關心！」

「I want to say thank you to the lady(sorry forgot to ask her name) in concierge , she is very considerate and thoughtful. Although hotel forgot to arrange the birthday surprise to my husband, she rearranged again and impressed us. And always give us suggestions for our trip! Besides, the location of the hotel is good, foods and massage are nearby. Housekeeping every day, very good!!!」

"The room is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning is very sufficient. The hotel pool facilities are great, with a slide that allows children to play. There are many dining options, and I recommend choosing an all-inclusive package. Breakfast can be quite crowded, and the bacon is often unavailable. The scrambled eggs need to be ordered in advance, and the coffee area is also very busy. However, the restaurant service is excellent at other times."

"Overall, hotel is very nice with easy commute to Patong city center either by walking or TukTuk. The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest. "自助早餐選擇豐富，食物質素好， check in好快辦妥，房間闊落寬敞, 告知為慶祝週年紀念, 在房間特意裝飾, 還有奉上蛋糕, 真貼心, 海景房開揚, 但房內架子很少，浴室內亦沒有掛扣，有點不便, 不過有機會下次會再入住"

"我揀嘅係pool access 房種，間房係大嘅，但亦因為大，燈光唔足夠，廁所乾濕分離，有浴缸。一出房，就有兩張太陽椅，亦都可以去到泳池，唔想周圍去嘅，係咪個唔錯嘅選擇，泳池唔算大。房嘅整潔程度還可以，而職員亦好友善，至食早餐嘅地方係無冷氣，但都唔會太熱，另外食過另一間泰國菜餐廳，啲嘢食一般，價錢合理。"
