"This property situates in a great location, easy access to almost everything you need, walking distance to many restaurants. Though in the middle of a busy street our room is quiet and the large king bed is so comfortable. It’s a small property but we received the best services from check in and out to buffet breakfast and everything in between. All of the staff were very attentive and prepared to make special accomodations for us ahead of time based on dietary preferences and travel/activity plans. Thank you for a pleasant experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend your hotel.

"Delightful, friendly, helpful, and respectful staffs. I have to HIGHLIGHT an owner who acted above and way beyond common business practices/ rules and policies to ensure forms of trust, local custom, and last impression will be cherished by a customer (me) for years to come. A storyline was I booked and fully paid (non- refundable)room for 14 nights, and I decided to moved out of Label6Coliving apartment on 8th night. According to the rule and policy, it understandably non refundable. Yet, the owner was happily and unhesitatingly willingly to refund me a remaining 6 nights. All I can say is“ it is UNBELIEVABLE!”

"I had a wonderful 3-night stay at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. The hotel is beautifully located over the lake, offering peaceful views and a relaxing atmosphere away from the busy city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, making the stay feel effortless from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi."
