"Horrible experience. The room door did not close, it would not lock so we were at the mercy of whoever wanted to come in. When we told the front desk staff they told us they were full and couldn’t give us another room. Then magically at 7pm a room “opened up” and we were given keys only to walk into someone else’s room, who were very much still staying there. When we told the front desk his first question was “did you see people?” Not, “I’m so sorry” that didn’t come until we told him we wouldn’t be staying there. Zero stars, stay very far away from this place. I mean, we had a good laugh but that was only so we didn’t cry. "

"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever seen. The floor was extremely sticky, it literally made noise every time you took a step. There were streaks and grime on the furniture, mirrors, and even the walls, which made the whole room feel neglected and unsanitary. The bathroom was just as bad as the rest of the room. It clearly had not been cleaned, and there was dirty water left sitting in the bathtub. We were extremely tired as this was just a stop halfway through our trip, so we only stayed about 6 hours. Even then, we fell asleep feeling uncomfortable and honestly a bit anxious, hoping there wouldn’t be any insects or bed bugs. This stay was very disappointing and far below acceptable cleanliness standards."

"Horrible, the bedding was filthy, zero towels available, none in our room or for the pool. We had to order some from Wal mart. There was on staff member at check in who was doing everything he was amazing and I felt so bad for him! The next morning there was nothing for breakfast, it was all empty at 8:15, there were no plates the staff member had to door dash some. There was dog poop in the lobby laying in a pile off junk that wasn’t here the whole time. The pool water was absolutly disgusting!! The staff however was amazing and tried their best! I would of walked out "
