The man who checked us in was amazing. He indicated he was fairly new but you would never know. He makes you feel like family. He made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The most pleasant member of the staff we dealt with. You have a gem in him! Our room was perfect for us. Thr bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in in a long time. The pillows were even great. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was standard HIE fair. No complaints. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. The only negative is the parking lot but in the grand scheme not a huge deal.

Close to interstate- super friendly staff. Noisy hallways at 1 am, and parking lot is shared with other businesses which was a bit weird. Breakfast was solid. Overall, a good stay and good vibe.
