「We never ate breakfast 」

「A not to be missed historic hotel with staff that genuinely cares. Of course the building shows its age but you would as well if you were 150 years old. But a great peek back at a historical period of care and discovery. This hotel is impeccably clean!」

「Dinner was excellent. Continental breakfast has limited selection and does not seem to have variety from day to day. Nice options for breakfast/brunch nearby in Petoskey. Very unique property with friendly and helpful staff.」

「Everything about this hotel was fantastic, except a couple of things. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t available for most of our stay which was disappointing. Also, the person working the cash register at the bistro was pretty rude when we corrected her on an order after she herself made two mistakes on it. Like we were inconveniencing her for her own mistake. Not the older woman. She was sweet! It was the younger woman. Christine or Christina I believe. Like, maybe quit if you hate your job so...

「Nice inexpensive hotel. Kind staff. Basic clean hotel room. Dated decor in public spaces. Shower curtain unfortunately did not stay inside the shower curb and water always puddled on bathroom floor. The inside of the bathroom door is deteriorating because of this. I would stay here again.」

「The room was very clean and well set up. The only thing that mattered was the heater and air conditioner the temperature won't regulate. We have stayed here many times. PAMELA DEROUSHA.」
