"Nice, clean room. Courteous, friendly staff. Great location. 2 Issues: 1) No beer at Comp Evening reception. Told us they were out and we could buy beer at the bar which was 20 feet away. huh? 2) Broken Ice Maker on 7th floor, 6th floor was about to go to 8th when another guest said the working Ice Maker was on the 5th. How about a sign on the broken ones saying where the working machines are so that I didn't have to randomly search the property? "

"Front desk not very engaging and helpful. Room was clean but not available even after I came back at 3pm to check in. Alternate room with twin beds was supplied instead. The gym was reasonable and was equipped with machines and weights. "
