"Check in was questionable. Had to wait awhile before anyone showed up. I was at the point to calling the hotel to let them know we were standing there to check in when someone finally showed her face. No explanation about the amenities, breakfast at all. Couldn’t even make an effort to tell us what room we were in, luckily it was written on the key envelope. Check out was the same thing. Couldn’t even be bothered to lift her head up to say bye. Hotel was great though besides these two employees."
