"The room was clean, newly renovated with state-of-the-art designs and appliances. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, nice balcony, perfect for anyone with a family. The beach was quiet unlike the other resorts waterfront, so it was nice to have a swim with just yourself or family without the other noises coming from karaoke bars or fireworks (we came during a festive celebration). The food isn’t that great but you can walk to other restaurants along the beach to find something that you’d like....

"This is advertised as a hotel. It’s NOT. BUT…a load of brand new apartments, unsold, that are rented out. Check in at front desk - NO. Some guy who came down in lift, then showed us to a locked apartment. We had to go to another (smaller) room. The same guy failed ‘twice’ to meet us next day to ‘check out’ and return the cash deposit. Still waiting for this to arrive in my account. The ‘one night’ flight-layover will be at a different place next time."

"Beyond our expectations! We were upgraded to the 41st flr one bedroom plus a den. The unit is bright, spacious and well-appointed, the kitchenette, washer and dryer are a bonus. The pool, gym facilities and location are fatastic too. The only downside was the power kept tripping the first 2 days causing no hot water and the toaster didn’t work only to find out it was the toaster that tripped the hot water tank! Their action was prompt but took several calls to finally know the cause. "

"This is a beautiful resort right on the beach. All staff greet you with a smile and are happy to help. Choice of two large pools one with swim bar. The Main Street with restaurants and bars a few minutes walk, however, the food in the hotel is 10 times better and very reasonably priced. "

"A total non entity of a hotel. No lobby or area to relax except for the Executive Floor which was not accessible to most guests. Check in was a mess and took over 15 mins to be served with no water provided. Breakfast was good but very hectic with no personalised service. We were on the 19th floor but Zero sound I insulation to the extent where we could hear traffic on the ground and everything in the corridor. This was awful given KL is often a stop for many people and meant jet lag was worse than expected "

"Was able to check in earlier at 2pm and check out late at 1pm. Hotel offered to upgrade 1 of our 2 rooms to premier suite but we rather stay put as interconnecting rooms. Rooms are slightly musty so we left the doors open for awhile everyday as windows cannot be opened. Parking with multiple entries at RM5 every 24hr. Need to validate touch & go card for each exit. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Tune Hotel KLIA2. The room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious and very clean, which made it a comfortable stopover. Their restaurant also serves really good Malaysian food—definitely a plus for an airport hotel. It did take us a bit of time to find the connecting walkway from the airport—we really wish the signage was clearer or more visible. The only other downside was the outlet compatibility. We weren’t able to use our devices (my hair straightener included), which was a bit inconvenient. For an airport hotel, I was hoping they’d have more universal outlets. Overall though, still a great and convenient stay. "
