"Breakfast was great. Rooms and common hallway areas could use a refresh. Hot tub was not even bath water temperature and they never had any towels available. Staff was friendly."

"Disappointing. First room the AC didn’t work. Went down and the staff was nice, changed me to another room. Got to the new room and the televisions did not work. Called down to the front desk and was put on hold for 3 to 5 minutes and then someone picked up and hung up the phone. I called back a second time someone picked up and hung up the phone again. I called the third time and the girl that answered said she was busy and was putting me on hold to which I told her I had already been hung up on twice, she reiterated she was alone and had a long line and was putting me on hold. So I hung up. She did call back and sent someone to come fix the televisions. At another point, our room ran out of toilet paper. I had to call down three times to which they kept telling me that somebody would bring it up, this was over the course of hours, and nobody brought toilet paper so I had to go down and get it myself. And the beds were horrendous. Very uncomfortable and creaky. Every time I rolled over the entire bed creaked. I ended up with a pinched nerve in my neck. It was so uncomfortable. I typically love Embassy suites which is why I picked this hotel, but I would liken this one to a Motel 6. The staff were nice during my interactions and the breakfast was good. "

"Clean room. Room smelled musty. Runny bathroom tub faucet. Old building."

"Everything was great except for the checkin. They Didn't check us in our till almost 5. We arrived to the resort around 130 hoping that our room would be ready. I fill for the amout we paid to stay there we sould of had our room earlier. "

"The AC was not working n entire night even with temp at 50, it was hot. Staff was not courteous at the front desk, didn’t even bother to smile or ask how the stay was. Not worth the money. I booked it for 1 night just to sleep but struggled entire night with the temperature n heat "
