「I stayed here after a canceled connecting flight forced me to have to spend the night in Dallas. I was so grateful to spend the night in such a clean, quiet hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing!! They provided me with toiletry items that I needed since I wasn't able to get my luggage. The check-in staff also went above and beyond and gave me a voucher for breakfast the next morning, and a delicious bottle of wine! If I'm ever in Dallas again, I would absolutely stay here again!」

「The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.」

The staff is very professional and attentive, the pool has a bar with staff walking around taking orders, and the rooms have been completely remodeled with luxurious modern finishes and look beautiful. I will definitely be staying here again.」

「The receptionist was very polite. Room for improvement would be cleaning the hallways where the rooms are located. It had a mildew old smell. Perhaps it came from old carpets. And getting better quality bed sheets as they were not premium but quite irritating. Other than that the hospitality was on point.」

「Everything is great here! We stayed for about a week. The environment and sanitation are all very good. It's not shabby! It's brand new. Our neighbor was very noisy in the first two days of our stay, but the staff dealt with it in time! solved the problem! The staff is also very nice!」

「Great amount of parking. A little warm downstairs in the lobby area. Due to it being close to the freeway, you can hear traffic a bit. Decent pricing for what you get. Could use some new or clean soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles. Was ok for a one night stay..」

「I had an event at the AAC and it was really close! Also, the hotel is nearby (15 min walk) one of the pick-up spots for the Red Coach Buses and the Greyhound Bus station too. There are a lot of of options of restaurants near the hotel too. The Hotel is really pretty and the room was really spacious and comfortable. I only stayed for one night and still think it’s one of the best hotels I’ve been to. 」
