They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. 「Clean, big bedrooms. Great location , beautiful surroundings. The vending machines were out if water everywhere, the pool could use some TLC! Overall great experience, would recommend it! Maya at the check-in counter was great and helpful. Raul and Sebastian at the bar were great!」
