Great welcome basket with some breakfast items were waiting for us on arrival.
2 bathrooms with showers in each and great heat throughout the apartment.
Super place to be based as so close to princes street and main sites.
Staff very helpful before arrival and provided information when it was needed.
We arrived around 8pm and it was easy to access with the provided code which was emailed...

"The Kimpton Charlotte Square was the perfect place to spend Christmas week in Edinburgh! The staff were incredibly pleasant and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were lovely—very comfortable and beautifully designed. The location is unbeatable; we were right in the heart of everything and could easily walk to the Christmas market, the amazing shopping on George Street and Princes Street, and iconic spots like Victoria Street and the Royal Mile.
