"Lovely bed and breakfast. The outside and common areas are georgous and well maintained. Our suite which had two beds was bit crowded, ample amount of furniture and christian decor, doesnt bother us, but can be off-putting. Our biggest complaint was the locks to our doors which were difficult to operate. It was definitely an interesting stay and very plantation feeling. "

"I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and very quiet...I didn't hear a peep from any nearby rooms. The breakfast was very good as well. This isn't too big of a deal, but there was one negative thing that happened. I had told the front desk that it was fine if housekeeping didn't clean the room while I was there, so I just kept the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door the whole time I was there. But on the day I was checking out, the housekeeper knocked on the door at 9:30 AM and said,...

"We were not told that the restaurant would be closed, as were most in the village. Getting room service was a nightmare, the phones did not work properly and we had to go through the front desk each time. Very annoying."
