Clean, roomy, close to shops and restaurants. Somewhat annoying was when you turned the bathroom light on the fan came on so also and was pretty loud. After lots of driving took a soak in the tub and the loud fan was on the whole time unless I wanted to bath in the dark. Desk staff super friendly.

Last morning water was shut off for repairs to their sprinkler system. No bottled water provided. No coffee available. Should have anticipated this & brought in coffee for guests with their breakfast. Poor planning on staff’s part. Tried calling the front desk & manager repeatedly…kept getting busy signal. Went to front desk & staff just sitting & NOT on the phone. Disappointing.

The hotel was great - clean, quiet, comfortable. My only ding is the “free ski shuttle” which is the High Valley Transit bus which doesn’t start until 9AM. For an early bus you must hike to the Transit Center, not fun in ski boots. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Our stay was great! The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I could have stayed a week and been totally happy. My only minor complaint was that we had our Do not Disturb sign on the door and the cleaning staff knocked twice within an hour to clean our room. We weren't even slated to check out until Noon and it was Nine & Ten that they knocked. Would definitely stay here again though!

Staff was super nice, good amenities- if a touch run down (for example the workout ball in the gym was flat), and a good breakfast. The key cards were working well though and I had to keep going to the front desk to get a new key card which was annoying.
