「It wasn’t very clear when I made the reservation that it was an apartment rather than a hotel so that was what confused me about the check-in process. From picking up the key than going to another building and finding the unit was not the best instructions. Once we got into the unit, it was very nice and clean. That was a nice stay.」

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」
