「Another amazing stay at the Chateau. The room was excellently appointed. We had access to a full kitchen and the options of lounges and restaurants within a couple minute walk. We were close to everything we needed. Everyone took great care of our family and make sure our needs were addressed. We will be back again.」

「Excellent stay. In the heart of Sun City with easy access to restaurants. Room large and very comfortable. Highly recommend.」

「The hotel was so beautiful and perfectly located, 10 minutes away from Park City. The service was 10/10. I can’t wait to come back.」

「The staff, breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.」

「好」

「We loved the pool, hot tub, and especially the dry sauna. The bedroom and bathroom were very nice and clean. It was quiet. The beans pillows were very comfortable! The staff were clean, well groomed, professional adults!」

「Their rooms are nice. But the front desk was always unattended and I waited for an hour. They wasted my precious time.」

「Pet friendly resort, kids loved the game room and heated pool! Another great stay here!」

「Great stay, awesome staff, and a spectacular hotel. Not much more to stay, I will definitely be going back.」

「There is no elevator. The smell in the corridor is very bad. The room also smells very bad.」

「Loved our stay here-」

「A nice stay!」

「The hotel is in desperate need of TCL and is most certainly not worth the room rates they are charging. A 4 star hotel should not have multiple, large holes in the curtains or a toilet that runs for several minutes after being used. The lobby, halls, and lighting are worn and dated and the general layout of the hotel is strange and takes forever to navigate. If I had been blindfolded and dropped in the hotel I would have thought I was in an old 2 star Holiday Inn. Would not stay again.」

「带妈妈美西自由行，酒店有明显的歧视中国人，办理入住，询问WiFi密码，服务员很不耐烦，房价过高，房间里面设施也很一般。很糟糕的一次入住经历。就是酒店位置还可以。」
