"Great place to spend the night"

"Staff was nice on arrival. I think it was shift change. There was an older man with black and grey hair and a blonde lady. Lady seemed kind. Man was okay. He checked me in. Got to my room on the 3rd floor. It was a dirty hallway leading to it and a bit noisy but I don’t mind as long as the room is clean. Got to room. It was clean but someone had previously broken in. The football was not intact and you could see inside. Bed was clean as well as room. Decided I should just stick it out because I didn’t want to end up either a worse room. About 15 min in? I’m FaceTiming my son and the guy from the front desk creepily comes around the corner. I actually screamed. He jumped too and then walked by and didn’t say anything. So weird . Anyway breakfast was gross so I didn’t do that again. But the bed was so damn comfortable. The blonde lady at the front desk was so nice. She came with me to help me clean up a spill someone left upstairs by the elevator. I was here 5 days as I was here for a work assignment at the hospital. I usually stay at the Marriott down the steeet. If they were to fix the issues with door jams and cleanliness I would 100% stay again. Just because of my room and the lady at the front desk."

"I'm so glad there was 24/7 service available and the pool open late as I checked in late and really wanted to use the hot tub and pool eve though I also made sure to book a room with the jacuzzi. Breakfast was bare minimum but still good and quick. Would do again."

"This is a very nicely updated hotel in a great location near downtown, but the pool and hot tub were not in working order. Having a pool and hot tub were the main reason for selecting this hotel. Had we known, we surely would have stayed elsewhere. We could not cancel and rebook as the reservation was through Hotels.com. There should have been an announcement on the website that a key amenity such as this is not available. Very disappointed!"

"staff was friendly. at first glance the room looked ok. I booked this room for the KBP weekend, so from Thursday-Monday. the mattress box springs were completely stained with no effort to even disguise it, there was like pieces of grout on the floor, the window had some kind of heavy duty tape on it from wall to window. there was also a smell we couldnt identify or get rid of, a trail of dark spots from door to window in the carpets. when we asked for extra towels, staff had us follow to a room where they proceeded to hand us damp towels, and one had weird orange stains. the walls had weird dirt splotches or god only knows what they were. barely any hot water for showers. the restroom had a bunch of grout pieces all over it. no DND signage. tv didn't work at all. phone didn't work at all. even when trying to call "0" for the front desk, it was just always "busy". if you looking for a place to simply sleep, shower, sh*t, book it."
