「Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta」

「Beautiful room and property. Clean. Well supplied. Great location. Would def recommend」

「A nice stay!」

「带妈妈美西自由行，酒店有明显的歧视中国人，办理入住，询问WiFi密码，服务员很不耐烦，房价过高，房间里面设施也很一般。很糟糕的一次入住经历。就是酒店位置还可以。」

「Love the Scandinavian style, cleanliness and amenities.」

「The hotel is in desperate need of TCL and is most certainly not worth the room rates they are charging. A 4 star hotel should not have multiple, large holes in the curtains or a toilet that runs for several minutes after being used. The lobby, halls, and lighting are worn and dated and the general layout of the hotel is strange and takes forever to navigate. If I had been blindfolded and dropped in the hotel I would have thought I was in an old 2 star Holiday Inn. Would not stay again.」

「Everything was EXCELLENT will be back 1000%」

Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. The location was great, right next to the Red Pine Gondola in Canyon Village with ski school/rentals etc. There's underground covered parking, and...

「Great space. Lots of room. The indoor parking needs lighting is my only complaint」

「Great place to stay. Central to all the lifts. Dining within 3-5 minute walk.」

「My family and I hit a deer the night before our reservation. Our car needed massive repairs and was not drive-able. My husband and I couldn’t make our anniversary staycation. Expedia was wonderful to work with. They called the hotel as well as myself. Was told our room would be refunded, they were just waiting on a manager to approve. I called and called to speak with the manager to have the promise fulfilled and left multiple messages only to be ignored. I requested either a credit for a later...

「The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us.」
