"The apartment was very cozy and beautifully decorated waking up to a view of the canal was magical. It had all the comforts of home. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Renee was so lovely and such a big help with finding places to eat and visit. We wish we could have stayed longer, and look forward to our next visit! "

"Room was cold, registered it was set at 30 C but it was super cold, hot waster was iffy and bed was broke. Buildings in Venice are super old but this one was just ok. If you just want a place to lay your head then it’s ok. It was clean just needs a little TLC to bring up the experience. I would probably stay someplace else next time. When I checked out there was someone else that was requesting a different room. "
