Could this be the best hotel in Venice? Spotlessly clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff with generosity and kindness in every interaction, fabulous breakfast. The best location close (but not too close) to Piazza San Marco in a quiet calle off the Grand Canal with just a minutes walk to the jetty where you can be dropped off by water taxi from either the airport or train station. Note that some rooms don’t have a view (although Grand Canal views are available) but you won’t be in your room much will you? - you’ll be exploring all that beautiful Venice has to offer. Excellent value for money, we will definitely be back!

Great little spot we found in Venice. Close to many restaurants that are anywhere within 3 to 10 minutes away. Just few feets away from a dock for taxis picking and dropping you off. Great food at the restaurant for breakfast and very friendly staff. If interested to return definetly go back to this place. Rooms aren't the biggest but if you just like to travel like us and just need a clean and descent room with a great shower (no bathtub) this is your spot!

Wonderful stay! Great location in Venice. The rooms are newer/renovated compared to many other Venice hotels we looked into. The staff member, (forgot name, Indian man) who helped us with our bags was very nice!!

From the moment we booked, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help with our arrangements and were always incredibly responsive. Once we arrived, that exceptional service continued throughout our stay. The location was fantastic—conveniently situated for exploring Venice, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the city’s beautiful sights. The hotel’s private dock was another wonderful feature, making arrivals and departures by water taxi incredibly convenient. Breakfast was amazing, especially the delicious, freshly baked croissants served daily. The hotel also included a tour of a Murano glass factory, which was a fantastic experience. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were lovely, and even the water pressure was perfect! Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. A perfect 10/10!
