The pools were beautiful and lively, and we especially enjoyed the swim-up bar and the entertainment staff who kept the energy up throughout the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable—with gorgeous ocean views that made waking up each morning feel like a dream. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. The food options exceeded expectations—from the buffets to the specialty restaurants, everything was fresh and flavorful. The staff at every restaurant were attentive and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. What really made this trip stand out was the amazing staff—they went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, and it truly added a personal touch to the entire experience. "We recently stayed at Harborside Resort Atlantis in a 1-Bedroom Premium Villa located in Building 3, and overall, we had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to assist. Their friendliness truly stood out and made our stay feel special. The villa itself was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family. I did notice some mildew in the bathroom grout and brought it to the attention of housekeeping. To their credit, they responded promptly and had it cleaned the same day. Housekeeping actually came by multiple times during our stay — so often that I ended up declining a few visits and just requested fresh towels instead. Their attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Atlantis is massive, so come prepared to walk quite a bit — but the beautiful surroundings and amenities make it worth it. All in all, Harborside offered a great mix of comfort and convenience. A few minor issues, but nothing that wasn’t handled well. Would definitely stay again! "
