We had an amazing stay at the ranch. The rooms were impeccable. The service was perfect. The property was peaceful. Walk around at night....you won't be disappointed.
My only critique is that we could not get room service on Valentine's day. Aside from the fact that we just wanted privacy, two fixed price $95 dinners with lobster/ribeye doesnt make sense for vegetarians. Guests at the ranch should be able to get room service and whatever they want.

From the moment we arrived bedraggled & exhausted after being mandatory evacuated from the beastly Thomas fire, we felt like the Four Seasons understood our plight & did everything in their power to relax us and provide a comfortable oasis. Although stressed our home wouldn’t make it, we were looked after like royalty.

This Malibu property is a rare find—quiet, private, and perfect for families. While there is some noise from PCH, everything else exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

I ordered through Expedia thinking I would get a good deal and it looked like I did until I gave my credit card information then my price doubled. The extra $170 dollars was for taxes and fees for using Expedia. The apartment was lovely right on the beach would stay there again but would never order through Expedia again. I called them to see about the increase the person kept denying and did not speak very good English so I'm not sure she even understood my complaint. I guess you live and learn...

I loved this for the price. Walkable to grocery store and some fast food. New tables with charging slots on top. Clean newish basic bathroom. Comfortable bed.
It’s loud from the highway so if you are very sensitive to noise I’d look elsewhere but otherwise a great choice for a stop over
Management: get someone to do some caulking. Easy cheap fix that makes bathroom not look dingy
