"I was only there for a short stay and I get it's not in the greatest area. In the short time I has some free time I was hoping to get outside and enjoy some warm weather. The pool was getting cleaned and the pool area really was not that inviting. And while there was some outside space in front of the entrance it also was not that inviting. Maybe somehow isolating it with some plants or whatever from the vehicle noise and people waiting for rides would help. Just seemed like a smoking area to me."

"Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the overall condition of both our guest room and the property. The hotel appears significantly run down and does not match the way it is represented online. Our primary concerns relate to the lack of cleanliness and the visible disrepair in our room. In addition, several facility problems made our stay more difficult than expected. For example, the elevator is out of service, the toilet in our room is constantly running, there is a loud condenser banging noise throughout the night, and the ice machine near our room is not functioning. These issues, combined with the bad condition of the room, created an experience that fell well below what we would expect from the Holiday Inn brand. Given these circumstances, we would appreciate management reviewing this matter and advising what steps can be taken to address our concerns. Thank you for your time and attention. "Pool was great. Didn't use internet. "

"Staff was very nice. Bathroom was small and the door kept going off track. Not enough towels for 3 people. We had to ask for tissue, no mircowave in the hotel at all. Couldnt warm food and had to through out food we brought back to room. Towels had stains. Curtains had holes and you could see the sun shinning through them. Carpet was not clean. Bed was fine. Close to airport and surrounding places we needed to go. "

"The room was clean but wasn’t advertised that I had to pay an extra $ for cleaning after I booked and paid. We weren’t allowed to use the pool etc that was advertised either."
