The staff was pleasant, but this hotel is not for travelers. People live there and have no regard for others trying to rest during their stay. Since the walls are paper thin they make noise all night and you hear e ery bit of it. They smoke marijuana on the premises; and as soon as you enter the hotel/motel room, it reaks of roach spray. That should have told me something right away. I had to change my room 2 times and the noise above and next to my room was the same. LOUD ALL NIGHT. It was so bad, I had originally booked my stay for 2 weeks, and had to cancel my 2nd week to stay in another name brand hotel on the other side of town, which was peaceful, clean and safe. Don't waiste your money trying to save a few pennies staying at this hotel/motel. You will be very disappointed.

This is a newer building and it still has that new building smell and feel. Everything was very clean and the staff at the front desk were super friendly and accommodating. No breakfast and only one coffee option in the mornings, but dining options are plentiful in the vicinity of this place. I’d definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice, clean, and quiet for the most part. Location felt safe and was not far off the freeway. Hotel was a little pricey for what it offered. Coffee, laundry and a gym. Cable was not working for a day in our room. The two ladies I encountered during my stay were both very nice. Check in/out was easy.

This place was not at all what I expected. The kitchen area did not have any utensils, plates, etc. there was not an even a coffee pot. I felt like I moved into an apartment and forgot to bring my things! Thank goodness there was toilet tissue! The towels were skimpy and no hand towels. The only saving grace was that the room was clean , the bed comfortable, and the employees were very nice.

Scary experience

I had to wait a little bit for the front desk person to come check me in. Then I was told they were booked for the night but I still had a room. I went to my room - spotless and clean. All the sudden someone tried to come in the room saying it was maintenance. When I went to the door and didn’t open they still tried to come in. I told them have the manager call and wouldn’t open it. I am very glad I had the top lock on so no one could come in even with a key. Some manager called and said no one is supposed to be in the room when it rains and told me to look for water. I was on the second floor not the top floor. There was not a single water spot anywhere or stain anywhere even though I was told by the caller that water comes in. I have to wonder if whoever tried to come in was honest. Sorry but not really. I am disappointed because it is a nice hotel but I am also unsure I would go back because it was scary as a female. In the end I didn’t have to leave the room but it was unsettling and I should get my money back.

This facility is apparently only 3 weeks old...The staff was great and the Rooms were beautiful however as far as amenities there was not even a Kleenex box, lotion, hair dryer, iron or ironing board in the room, and definitely no coffee maker or coffee in the room. You needed to go downstairs in order to get a cup of coffee.... It had a beautiful glass stove top, counter and sink and refrigerator however there were no pots, pans, dishes, cups or silverware to use if you were going to use those particular amenities.. When you went down to ask if there was lotion or an actual shampoo separate from the conditioner all they had was little tiny soaps and little tiny all in one shampoo/ conditioner. Way too high of a price to pay for the lack of amenities. And right across the parking lot are two wedding venue event places that stayed up all night long playing very loud music. When you have to get up early in the morning and leave for a flight it is not an excellent place to be.
