「The bedroom TV wasn’t working throughout our stay there. Plus the in-house safe wasn’t working as well so we had to carry our valuables around while outside. Other than these minor inconveniences, the staff offered very personable and prompt service, impeccable and fast. Good location to a lot of good food places. 」

Très bon emplacement à 2 pas du waterfront mais avec la possibilité de se détendre et se rafraîchir au bord de la piscine au milieu du beau jardin. L'hôtel à beaucoup de charme, les équipements de la chambre étaient vieillissants mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés.」

「The apartment really was top notch, very comfortable and incredibly well equipped. I was greeted outside hours by Lung who very quickly and efficiently got me checked in and settled in to the apartment. The properties share gym and pool facilities with the adjoining hotel and are very good and there is also an attached mall which has good shopping although I prefer the supermarket just across the main road. The Hoff, again just across the street, is a great place to get a drink and unwind a bit....

「The hotel is newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The front counter staff is friendly and bilingual speaking in English and Chinese. Room is small but clean. Hot water is good in bathroom. Breakfast is so so. The 5th fl door is using smart app(website) entrance with Bluetooth control. Safe and hi-tech. 2 lifts to upstairs. Will consider to stay next time.」

「Convenient location in the heart of the city. Within walking distance to the Kuching Waterfront and the usual tourist spots. Hotel staff are generally helpful and friendly. 1 receptionist who weren't so forthcoming with making recommendations, appears a bit clueless and lacking in initiative when I asked what is there to see within walking distance around the hotel. 1 restaurant staff also failed to inform me that an item on the menu was not available and did so only after I have waited nearly...
