"The property is clean and in good condition. Bed and pillows were super hard and the tv had 5 working channels. Lots of noise all night from the constant stream of loud motorcycles and cars driving past the property."

"I admit was my mistake make booking suppose stay on 10th to 12th June but wrong booked on 11th untill 13th. Drop a message to the Hotel and keep calling from morning till afternoon without respond. So seeking Expedia customer service and was a same result that hotel no pick up. So ibforce myself to make one more night booking and few minutes the hotel call me. Ask him whether can be refund or is there any solution to solve. The guy told me will check his boss and get back A.s.a.p.

"The waiting time for the room was long, supposed to check-in by 3pm, we waited until 3:30pm, the room was still not ready. After check-in, we found out the bedsheets and pillows are not clean, the floor is also very dusty, and one of the air conditioning water is dripping. The location is very convenient. Hopefully, there's improvement in the future. "

"The apartment really was top notch, very comfortable and incredibly well equipped. I was greeted outside hours by Lung who very quickly and efficiently got me checked in and settled in to the apartment. The properties share gym and pool facilities with the adjoining hotel and are very good and there is also an attached mall which has good shopping although I prefer the supermarket just across the main road. The Hoff, again just across the street, is a great place to get a drink and unwind a bit. It also has the added benefit of staying open quite late. Hope you enjoy the stay as much as I did."
"Fantastic hotel in brilliant location. Facilities were excellent and staff lovely especially Sheila in the executive lounge , Harith and Wan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. "
"Towel and Bed sheet to be more organised and better standard. Gate door, common toilet door lock and common toilet seat are very poor and inconvenient. The rest are acceptable. Not considering for next stay. "
