「The bedroom TV wasn’t working throughout our stay there. Plus the in-house safe wasn’t working as well so we had to carry our valuables around while outside. Other than these minor inconveniences, the staff offered very personable and prompt service, impeccable and fast. Good location to a lot of good food places. 」
「Old fashioned but still nice hotel, with dated facilities. Pool is great but very small, a bit cramped with 4-5 persons. Had a great view of the riverfront. 」
「The hotel is newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The front counter staff is friendly and bilingual speaking in English and Chinese. Room is small but clean. Hot water is good in bathroom. Breakfast is so so. The 5th fl door is using smart app(website) entrance with Bluetooth control. Safe and hi-tech.
2 lifts to upstairs.
