「It took more than 40 minutes to check in simply because the front desk staff printed out the wrong documents. Confirmed breakfast included upon check-in, but was declined by the restaurant the following day due to the mistake by the front desk staff - again. Not at all a pleasant experience with the front desk. Otherwise the restaurant and housekeeping staff were great.」

「The self check in procedure was excellent, the members of staff were very friendly but not intrusive. I mistakenly thought the breakfast was included in the room price, but accepted when I was asked to pay for it. Plenty of food choice, and good quality.」

「The apartment provides comfortable accommodation with air conditioning. Staff are friendly and helpful. All major attractions are within 15 minutes walking distance especially the proximity to Mercado de Bolhão is a big plus. Will definitely stay again in the future.」

「The hotel was a boutique hotel and very nice. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, staff very helpful. They even gave us a drink coupon and the head of the bar area was amazing. She made the drink extra special. Breakfast was nice as well.」

「It was not easy to find as there has no significant hotel name on the entrance. There has 2 or 3 staircases on the entrance which is not convenient for the customers when they have large luggage. The house-keeping team seems to be a bit careless without checking everything properly before release the room to new visitors. 」

「Stay for a week. it’s like our home away from home in Porto and use the kitchen everyday. There is washing machine. Many supermarkets around. The massage near Boa in the same street is really awesome. 」
